Welcome to our brand new bed and breakfast, only 10 minutes walk to beautiful Dolphin Cove Beach and a short drive to all the attractions of the magnificent Sapphire Coast.

We opened for business in April 2007 and our large sunny rooms have a queen-size bed, separate sitting area (with LCD TV and DVD player) and large ensuite. Our rooms are air-conditioned. While we ask guests not to smoke in the rooms, there is a large covered verandah at the front and a deck at the back of each room.

There is plenty of off-street parking, an in-ground swimming pool and just over an acre of landscaped gardens to enjoy.  Our property is home to a wide variety of birdlife and we are regularly visited by kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a variety of other wildlife.

We (Shawn and Jodi) want your stay with us to be really special. We've lived in the local area for most of our lives and can help you enjoy all that the region has to offer.

We provide gourmet breakfasts (Jodi works as a chef in Merimbula and she is happy to cater to any special dietary requirements) and Shawn built all the beautiful solid timber furniture in the rooms.
